Years ago, my journey in the Hospitality sector ignited a deep passion for nurturing individuals and empowering them to flourish. Throughout my 22 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, Quality, and Brand management, I discovered the pivotal role of interpersonal skills in establishing genuine connections with others. These connections not only foster enduring relationships but also forge strong bonds with brands and organizations.

Driven by this realization, I founded CK Training & Development and have offices in both London, England and Nassau, The Bahamas.  As a dedicated training consultancy, my expertise are in empowering  people with  essential  skills to propel themselves and their teams forward. My mission is to enable individuals to learn, grow, thrive, and foster meaningful connections that create defining moments.
